Enrollment in Eagles Assurgent Connexion’s ground flight training programs is a privilege that demands the highest levels of commitment, discipline, and integrity. By applying, you agree to comply fully with these terms and conditions, which are strictly enforced. Non-compliance will result in severe consequences, including immediate expulsion, loss of fees, and permanent disqualification from future training opportunities.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

1.1 Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 16 years old to enroll in the private pilot ground school program. No exceptions will be entertained.

1.2 English Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory. Inability to read, write, or communicate effectively in English will result in automatic rejection of the application.

1.3 Mandatory Documentation: Submission of government-issued identification, medical certificates (if required), and other specified documents is compulsory. Any falsification of documents will result in immediate legal action and permanent disqualification.

2. ENROLLMENT AND FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS

2.1 Binding Enrollment: Once enrolled, you are financially and contractually obligated to complete the program. Refunds will not be granted under any circumstances outside the institution’s refund policy.

2.2 Timely Payment: All fees must be paid in full before the program begins. Late payments will result in forfeiture of your enrollment.

2.3 Additional Costs: The applicant is solely responsible for purchasing mandatory training materials, external exam fees, or supplementary resources, which are not included in the tuition. Failure to do so will disqualify you from progressing in the program.

3. ATTENDANCE AND PUNCTUALITY

3.1 Mandatory Attendance: Attendance is strictly enforced. Absences exceeding 5% of the program duration, regardless of the reason, will lead to automatic expulsion without a refund.

3.2 No Excuses for Tardiness: Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes will be marked as absent. Repeated lateness will lead to disciplinary actions, including dismissal.

3.3 Full Participation: Passive attendance is unacceptable. Applicants are required to actively engage in all lessons, assignments, and evaluations. Non-participation will result in removal from the program.

4. BEHAVIORAL CODE OF CONDUCT

4.1 Professional Behavior: Applicants must conduct themselves with the utmost professionalism and respect at all times. Disruptive behavior or lack of cooperation will result in immediate expulsion.

4.2 Zero Tolerance for Misconduct: Acts of harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or violation of institutional policies will be met with expulsion and legal action if necessary.

4.3 Adherence to Rules: All safety, behavioral, and academic guidelines must be followed without exception. Failure to comply will result in severe disciplinary action.

5. ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS AND CERTIFICATION

5.1 High Academic Standards: Applicants must achieve a minimum passing score of 80% on all evaluations. Substandard performance will result in disqualification from certification.

5.2 Independent Effort: All coursework and examinations must be completed independently. Cheating, plagiarism, or any form of academic dishonesty will result in immediate dismissal and permanent disqualification.

5.3 Certification Issuance: Certificates are awarded solely at the discretion of Eagles Assurgent Connexion upon successful program completion. Certification is not a right but an earned privilege.

6. PROGRAM POLICIES AND MODIFICATIONS

6.1 Institutional Rights: Eagles Assurgent Connexion reserves the right to amend or modify course content, schedules, or fees at any time without prior notice. Applicants will be informed of significant changes.

6.2 Program Cancellation: In the rare event of program cancellation by the institution, applicants will be offered a full refund or alternate training opportunities. No other claims for compensation will be considered.

7. LIABILITY AND SAFETY OBLIGATIONS

7.1 Safety Compliance: Adherence to all safety protocols is mandatory. Any breach will result in immediate removal from the program.

7.2 Liability Waiver: Participation in the program is at your own risk. Eagles Assurgent Connexion assumes no responsibility for injuries, property damage, or accidents sustained during training.

7.3 Medical Fitness: Applicants must disclose any medical conditions that may impair their ability to participate. Failure to do so may result in expulsion and legal consequences.

8. PRIVACY AND DATA USE

8.1 Data Protection: Applicant data will be securely stored and used solely for administrative, communication, and certification purposes, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

8.2 Consent for Use: By enrolling, applicants consent to the use of their information for program-related promotions, unless explicitly opting out in writing.

9. TERMINATION OF ENROLLMENT

9.1 Institutional Authority: Eagles Assurgent Connexion reserves the right to terminate any applicant’s enrollment at its sole discretion for behavior, performance, or safety violations.

9.2 Immediate Expulsion: Any breach of these terms and conditions will result in immediate dismissal without refund, and further legal action may be pursued as deemed necessary.

10. LEGAL JURISDICTION

10.1 Binding Agreement: By enrolling in this program, you enter into a legally binding contract with Eagles Assurgent Connexion.

10.2 Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved exclusively within this jurisdiction.
